We offer a home delivery service. Once your order is validated, it will be entrusted to our logistics partners and delivered directly to the address provided during your purchase.

We ship internationally. However, delivery times may vary depending on your geographic location.

Orders are generally delivered within 7-12 business days after dispatch. This time frame is given as an indication and may vary depending on local conditions or periods of high demand, such as holidays or sales.
4. Order preparation time
Each order takes approximately 72 hours to process after payment validation. This time includes verification, packaging and shipping. It may also vary during peak periods.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
6. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you within 3 days. This number will allow you to track the progress of your package via our "Track my order" page.
7. Taxes and customs duties
Depending on the destination country, your package may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We advise you to check with your country's customs services for more details. Our logistics centers are based in Asia.
8. Shipping insurance
At the time of ordering, several insurance options are offered to protect your package against loss, theft or damage during transport.
9. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused. The return process can be initiated on our "Returns & Refunds" page.
10. Package not received
In case of lost or unreceived package after 15 days of ordering, please use our “Return & Refund” page by selecting the reason “Lost package”. Our logistics and after-sales service team will review your request as soon as possible.
11. Defective product or damaged package
If you receive a damaged package or a defective product, please go to our “Return & Refund” page and select the reason “Defective product/damaged package”. Our customer service will process your request as soon as possible.
